Into our fullest, finest selves
Empowered, sexy, bold!
Let us make a space we’re proud of
A place to dance in ways
That sings our souls aflame
In ways that burn out the cobwebs
Of past pains
Opens veins
Opens lungs to breathe deeply again
As old patterns exert their gravity
We feel the pull of places we don’t want to be
Let us bless each other with support and bravery
To dance a new dance and see
What our bodies find in fresh shapes
And open spaces.
